I am patient and I always set my goals. I really love teaching and would be glad to see my student really improve through the value of discipline and diligence.

Ultimately, my goal is that my students will learn to have a genuine love of learning and develop critical thinking and creativity and that they will begin to appreciate the aesthetic beauty of language and how it can be used to better the world around them. These values and skills will serve them throughout their language learning and beyond.

I have always try to be as flexible as possible .For example, if the student couldn't speak very well and even express his/her thoughts in words, I would prepare some pictures with vocabulary words in it and more activities.

I will always do my best to help them, but they must also do their part by coming to class and studying outside of the class. I have always told them that you need to seek help if you are having difficulties and they need to keep trying until they succeed. Since not every student is self-motivated, I give frequent quizzes to encourage them to keep up with the course material and to help them gauge their understanding. Since it is important for students to get a sense of how the material that we are learning fit together, I step back and give an overview of the course content every few weeks.
